Services and Fees

E-Pathway Immigration is led by Domonic Cheung, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC, licence R711344). Appointments are online, for clients in Vancouver, Victoria, Surrey, Burnaby and across Canada, in English or Chinese. Vietnamese-speaking clients are welcome; consultations with them are in English. Prices are in Canadian dollars and before tax. Government fees are paid to IRCC and are separate. No outcome can be promised, and IRCC decides every application.

Consultation: $200

A one-hour, one-on-one strategy call about your situation. You get an honest view of your options, including when H&C or sponsorship is not the right route. Good for people who are not sure where they stand.

Case review: $1,000 (includes 2 hours of consultation)

A review of your documents or your refusal, done together with you in 2 hours of consultation. No written report is included. Good for people with a refusal letter, a procedural fairness letter or a file they want checked before filing.

H&C psychologist assessment: $3,000

An expert report to document hardship, for H&C applications where it helps. Whether an assessment is useful depends on your facts, and we tell you when it is not.

Full representation: quote

We prepare and manage your whole application. The price depends on your case. Payment terms, including instalment plans, are discussed in your consultation.
